Refund & Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Important safety note: For allergy and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been opened, used, cleaned, resealed, or tampered with. Only items that remain completely unopened, unused, and sealed in their original manufacturer packaging are eligible for return. Any evidence of use, cleaning, tampering, or resealing will void eligibility due to allergy and hygiene regulations.

We offer a 30-day return window that begins on the order date (the day your purchase was placed), not the delivery date. This policy is displayed at checkout to ensure customers are aware before purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in original manufacturer packaging (inner seals must be intact and not tampered with)
  • Never have been assembled, installed, or used
  • Be received back in salable condition at our warehouse

If you received a replacement and now wish to return the item, you must return both the original and the replacement. If both are not returned within the applicable window, the replacement will be considered a final sale and a refund cannot be issued.

How to start a return:

Email support@snagza.com within 30 days of the order date to request return authorization and instructions. All return shipments must be post-dated within that same 30-day window. Returns that exceed this window or arrive in used/unsanitary condition will not be accepted.

No RMA label is provided. We do not offer prepaid return labels. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a package is refused, marked “Return to Sender,” or otherwise undeliverable for reasons not caused by us or the carrier, the customer is responsible for return shipping and handling. These amounts will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Please include the following in your return:

  • Name and email used for the order
  • Order number
  • Reason for return or item to exchange
  • Packing slip or printed order confirmation

Processing time: 7–14 business days once we receive your return. If you're returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


Refunds

Returns are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the item. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method only within 3–5 business days; refunds cannot be issued to alternative accounts or platforms.

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days from approval, please check your Junk/Spam folder, then contact support@snagza.com.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right. Photos or video of the damaged item and all packaging (including the shipping box and label) are required within 5 days of delivery to validate a damage claim.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, cleaned, resealed, or otherwise tampered items (for safety & allergy reasons)
  • Digital products such as e-books, digital recipe books, guides, and any downloadable content
  • Shipping Protection / shipping insurance add-ons
  • Extended warranty plans, including Lifetime Warranty add-ons
  • Free gifts or promotional items included with your order
  • Gift cards

For orders that include any of the non-returnable items listed above, refunds will apply only to eligible physical merchandise that meets our standard return criteria. Digital products, protection plans, and warranties remain final sale even if the main product is returned.

Safety protocol: Any item returned to us that is opened, used, or unsanitary will be safely disposed of and will not be returned to the sender.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is accepted.


Late or Missing Refunds

If it's been more than 5 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t seen it:

  • Check your Junk/Spam folder
  • Email support@snagza.com for confirmation

Missing Item(s)

Contact support@snagza.com within 5 days of delivery if your package is missing items. If your package appears tampered with, please also file a claim with the carrier.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Photo of the packing slip
  • Photo of all items received
  • Photo of the shipping label

Claims for missing items made beyond 5 days of delivery cannot be honored due to carrier claim deadlines. If we don’t receive the above verification within 5 days, we will assume the order was delivered as recorded.


By completing a purchase, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy, which is publicly available at the time of purchase and may be updated periodically.
